This is a Festive promotional voucher and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
General Terms & Conditions
- Experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. Monetary credit vouchers — including hotel, restaurant, and bar credit vouchers — are valid for three years from the date of issue and are also non-refundable.
- Bookings must be made directly with Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour Reservations team and advising of the use of the gift voucher.
- Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The original gift voucher must be presented at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.
The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. - The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
- No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference. - Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
